🎬 Demo – Advanced Analytics

Purpose

Highlight what’s possible with data and how it can be leveraged to make better, faster, and more informed decisions across the business.

Key objectives include:

  • Inspiration: Spark ideas and curiosity around data-driven approaches
  • Education: Share practical examples of analytics in action—from dashboards and models to experiments and insights
  • Collaboration: Encourage cross-functional dialogue and partnerships
  • Visibility: Showcase the value and impact of analytics work, both within the Advanced Analytics team and across business units

By bringing together presenters from different areas, the demo fosters a culture of data literacy, innovation, and continuous learning.

Participants

All Advanced Analytics team members, open company invite

Cadence

Bi-weekly 9:00 AM Friday same week as backlog grooming

Format

  • Presenters: 3 per session
    • Each presenter is allocated 15 minutes for their presentation
    • Followed by 5 minutes of audience Q&A
  • Presenter Mix:
    • Members from the Advanced Analytics team
    • Business unit representatives from across the company
  • Platform: Hosted virtually (with recording available for later viewing)

Guiding Principles

    Content should be understandable to a broad audience, regardless of technical background.
  • Relevance
    Presentations should focus on real-world applications and business impact.

    Share not just successes, but also challenges and lessons learned.
